Hi All!

As you've probably noticed, things have gotten a little slack around here lately admin-wise. A little too slack!

What happened (to cut a long boring story short if still boring) is that the guy known as "admin" got railroaded into a ditch. He kept promising to climb out and put things right but then (apparently) he got his finger stuck under a piece of paper and was trapped for 6 weeks. As a result, "admin" has been "relieved of his duties" (or, to put it another way, fired and escorted from the internet by Security.)

A new admin has now been appointed. Hopefully, you should notice an improvement in service.

To those who have applied for membership and are still waiting for activation: Our sincerest apologies for the delay. Every day, spambots send us approximately 200 bogus forum membership applications. It takes time to wade through so please help us out. If you've tried to join and are still waiting, please email

with your username (NOT your email, but the forum username you signed up with). We'll get you activated a.s.a.p.

Would like to echo the sentiments for the yeomen-like effort put in my Admin I the past few years. Running a site like this takes a lot of time and effort (not to mention $$$) so I'd like to throw in my thanks as well.

I wish Admin II all the best wishes and support going forward as well. I hope your tenure is a good one!

Since we're giving out praise and kudos, I'd like to extend a thank you to all the contributors of late: Random, Bullypup, and JonX who made last week one of the greatest in recent memories for live-action ubergirl content! Since the networks do nothing but disappoint us and cancel our shows (and hopes), its good to see fellow fans take up the mantle, even even for a price. I hope everybody watches, supports, and buys these vids as they are really creative and awesome to watch.

Thanks also to BW, Argo/Ace, and Geek7 for their story contributions as well. DtV, once the pinnacle of ubergirl fiction, is seemingly dead and XtSt now updates only quarterly. It's nice to see other authors (and new ones) contributing on here and giving back. I urge EVERYONE to make some kind of contribution here and give back so we can feed and fuel off each others efforts and creativity and rejuvinate some things around here -- even postings. In times like these around the world, a little fantasy is sometimes a nice outlet!

Would be nice to build on the momentum we seeed to have sparked here of late (or others have sparked here of late). Would be a shame to let it burn out....
