Slightly Alternative Beauties

Slightly Alternative Beauties was created by The Highlander
Inspired by the Super Asian Girl Thread I thought I’d start this one to showcase some other slightly alternative beauties that while many people would agree are attractive are often sadly neglected by the mainstream media.

People like tall pale skinned redheadeds.

And the women who manage to combine good looks with great intelligence.

In short, anyone who is not a stick thin, blond, fake tan streaked, airhead Paris Hilton clone!

So does anyone have any other suggestions to make?

Your choices are all superb: Tall redheads, the NCIS hotty, the curvy girl...

Beauty is pretty much everywhere. There are truly millions upon millions of women in the world deserving of being elevated to goddesshood...even Paris Hilton :)

I was about to go with some redheads, but given the nature of the topic I'm going with something different.

Enya, quite possibly my favourite female singer ever. She might not be the prettiest woman in the world, but she really deserve a place here evne if only for her voice.

(I'm sorry for not adding a caption, but I'm too tired right now)

I thought Tina Fey was really hot in Mean Girls. I think that's where I first saw her. I was surprised to find out how old she was, relatively speaking.

I never have envisioned Tina as a superheroine, but that is a great manip.

Dutch heavy metal singer Simone Simons is a dangerous woman to cross.

These three photographs capture the last seconds of a criminal who had no idea who he was dealing with. The commentary is my suggestion of what was going through his head.

Nice contributions Geekseven, I defiantly appreciate your suggestions for hot readheads.

In case anyone was interested the picture I used for intelligent women is of Dr Alice Roberts, an anatomist, osteoarchaeologist, anthropologist and presenter of several documentaries on human history .

Here is another suggestion for a woman who combines beauty and brains, Liz Bonnin. In addition to presenting a BBC science program called ‘Bang goes the Theory’ she also degrees in biochemistry and wild animal biology. Here’s a picture of her taken during a visit to the Large Haddon Collider, which unfortunately coincided with an accident involving the creation of a wormhole and the realise of huge amounts of a previously unknown type of radiation. It was reported that not long after this incident a figure matching Liz’s description was spotted running away from building site where large quantities of construction equipment was found mangled by some unknown force.

Speaking of redheads ...

Mythbusters' Kari Byron: brainy, funny, geeky, and sexy.

Kari Byron says she's a vegan.
BUT
Kari Byron likes smashing cars to bits with a sledge hammer, and Kyai Byron likes puching holes through things with a 50 cal Barret rifle.
Kari digs cane, I wonder if she would be up to playing a supervilleness in some sort of semi comedy role.
I think that would be cool and suit her personallity, nothing really serious, but a sort of funny comedic thing with reall cool sceenes.

A little new animation I worked on in the last few days. For some reason I simply loved the effect of hood and heat vision combined, I might have to experiment a bit more with it.

Enya had some big problems with stalkers in the past, usually she just stay away and let the police handle them. But after the last one broke in and injured some of the staff she decided to take the matter in her own hand.

Amanda Palmer, Okay her eye brows are kinda weird, but man has she got a voice and a half. I think she'd make a rocken' alternative super woman.

It looks like Nicola is not the only member of Girls Aloud to have superpowers. Here’s a picture of her bandmate Kimberley Walsh working out with one of her barbells, loaded with nearly 100 tons of depleted uranium!
