reward offered for return of rock formation

A scenic rock formation has vanished.  The only clues are some mysterious photos found posted online. Investigators do not believe the rock formation could be moved without heavy equipment or blasting.   Authorities hope the rock will be returned as they do not have funding to replace it.

A new photo of the person of interest has surfaced at the former rock location. Please discreetly contact authorities if spotted.  We would like  the rock returned to the original location. However, there are many inconvenient locations where the rock could cause havoc by a sudden appearance.
