Mysterious parking garage collapse was created by slim36

A lone jogger was seen exercising in the parking garage before part of the wall suddenly collapsed. There are no reports of injuries or damaged vehicles. The upper level will be closed for repairs.

Any photogs here notice the shadows? A strong lighting source from the right, and a lesser lighting source from the left, yet they both look like sunlight.

This was either taken on a world with two suns, one big and one smaller, or someone set up a big reflector to the left of the subject. Interesting either way.
