What this woman does seems superhuman.

Did anyone check out her followup video, "Nordic Woman's Treatment of Pneumonia"?

It seems obvious that ice bathing humans are not normal or they have a hidden agenda, like running a local hospital.

I've been following Jonna Jinton's Youtube channel for a couple of years. She's a terrific artist and musician who lives in the far north of Sweden and is very into traditional Nordic culture -- including ice baths in bitter cold weather. Apparently the water is much warmer than the air, although I can't imagine looking this comfortable after getting out.
But then, she does come from more or less the exact location of the ancient Velorians, so maybe there's something to the superhuman thing.
And she's very photogenic in a far-north Swedish way.
And did I say that she makes some cool music...

ice baths are not that uncommon, most top-end athletes use it after an intense workout to reduce acid build up in the muscles and to speed up recovery.

Ice can be good for pain relief. Atomic Blonde rises from below ice like an alien skip to ice scene @2:06

I've never tried to dip my ass into frigid water, but I can tell you that the classic Finnish sauna (i.e. jumping into snow while naked after a steam bath) is really something else.
Now I have a picture of a girl jumping into a liquid nitrogen tank after steaming herself into a volcano
