I absolutely love Cindy Landolt 
I think she looks amazing, and certainly has the physicality for the part.
She does fall into the "Carrano Zone" though, in that she her acting talent doesn't match her look. Though to be fair, Landolt is a fitness instructor and nutrition expert
Still, one can dream
