Martin Blasick in the house

Martin Blasick in the house was created by martinblasick
Hi. My first post. I'm looking forward to getting involved here. There's a lot of posts to catch up on to learn a bit about who's who and what's what. Earlier in the year I (and my wife, Natasha) met bully_pup at indiemeet in Vegas at Mike Conway's house. bully is the man behind the Steeles & Mike directed The Awakening.

My own interest is to get into writing/directing movies. Natasha is an actress so it's a pretty easy jump to figure out I'm looking to build a story around her. The superheroine genre seems like it might be a good plan.

Anyhow, I'd like to share the process with you, learn from you and hopefully make some friends in the process.

Nice to meet you. Any friend of Bully Pup is a friend of mine.

Have you produced anything yet? Are you thinking of producing a superheroine film or short subjects?

I assume Natasha will be in the lead? Any images of her?

Welcome Martinblasick! Always good to have another indie around and someone to try and raise the bar on the fan productions.

Welcome, Martin! Always good to have one of the IndieClub'ers round these parts. Great to hear there might be another superheroine film on the drawing board.

You know, I still have this unfinished script for Awakening II that I've been sitting on..... :P

My only directing credit is a short film. My regular job is composing/producing songs for tv/film. Some of that apples. It's another aspect of storytelling.

The Awakening was a lot of fun. What happens next in the saga?

Here's some Money Girl pictures from last weekend. Natasha made this costume.

Mrs Blasick certainly has a superheroic look to her, if I must say. I think a vehicle with her as the heroine would go well around these parts! :)
