Lois Lane = Superwoman? was created by argonaut
Comics Alliance just posted a run-down of the upcoming titles and creative teams for DC's latest reboot. No reveals as to the identity of Superwoman, but a sample of Phil Jiminez' artwork for the title was included. Sure looks like Lois:

And from the pitch for Superman #52: "The new master villain uses Superman's own solar super flare power against everyone ... How will the outcome of this battle change Lois Lane's life forever?"

By giving her super-powers, maybe?

A much older but more dramatic Super Lois. A truly classic concept drawing that has shown up in many forms over the years.

I think it started with PG.

I read somewhere that it's an as yet unannounced original character. Could be a fake out though.

Supergirl is getting a new monthly book, too. Her new costume looks very familiar and recent.

According to some comments on Comicvine this whole operation surrounding Superman and all the associated character (minus Power Girl apparently) seem bent on bringing back the feeling and the style of the pre-52 stories. From the costumes to some of the lineart released so far all the details seem to point in that direction.

PG has been apparently left out of the bunch, but Amanda Conner commented that she should reappear on Harley Quinn soon-ish and, perhaps become a recurring co-star.
