Hello Heroineburgh fans!
While we are beginning work on Issue #3, we are also attending many Comicons and expanding our comic book sales to over 175 stores!
We just recently attended 3 Rivers Con in May and Steel City Con in June (both in Pittsburgh) as well as Big Apple Con (NYC) and Terrificon (CT) in July,
Upcoming for us will be another Steel City Con in August and Momento Con in September (both in Pittsburgh), Mountaineer Con in late September (Morgantown WV), Sci-Fi Valley Con (Altoona, PA) and 3 Rivers Con (Pittsburgh) in October, and SPACE (Columbus, OH)
and Northeast Con (Boxboro, MA) in November. We keep busy with Cons!
Very often, we bring one or more of our live-action video actresses with us to the Cons. Here are a couple of great photos from our recent Con appearances!
Dark Spectra, X-Machina, Arctica and Sintilla all represented Heroineburgh at the May 2021 3 Rivers Comicon.
Arogya the Healer was our star actress at Big Apple Con at the New Yorker Hotel in Manhattan. She was the most beautiful heroine there!
Arctica confidently strides the floor at Terrificon in Connecticut, looking powerful and statuesque. She was constantly stopped by
people who usually asked "Are you Emma Frost?", which always gives her the perfect opportunity to tell them Arctica's backstory
and to direct them to our booth.
The new expanded list of 175 stores selling Heroineburgh Comics is right here at this link on our site:
www.heroineburgh.com/available-at-these-fine-stores/
It's always best to call ahead and make sure they have the comics out and ready for you when you arrive - save time and effort!
Here's a photo taken of Heroineburgh Comics # at Maude's Paperwing Gallery in Millvale PA. Go and get 'em!

Hello Heroineburgh Fans! With 2021 almost drawing to a close, we have some great and exciting updates on what's going on with Heroineburgh Comics and our Comicon appearances, as well as the live-action video series. We're now up to 190 stores that carry Heroineburgh Comics issues, thanks to some more outreach and interest from shops we met at Comicons. Here's the most updated
list of stores: www.heroineburgh.com/available-at-these-fine-stores/
We have one more Con coming up this year, and that's Steel City Con this coming weekend (Dec 10-12) in Monroeville, PA just outside Pittsburgh. www.steelcitycon.com/ At our booth in the main Vendors Hall, we'll have appearances by our heroines Lunessa and Vendetta on Friday; Red Gina and Arctica on Saturday, and Sintilla on Sunday. Plus, our interior comic book artist Benjamin Zeus Barnett
will be on hand on Friday, to sign comics and exclusive stickers, and to sell his own line of comic book art prints. Our other interior artist, Wayne Brown, will have his own separate table in the Artists Alley room.
If you want to see what our characters look like when they appear at Cons, here's a great clip from NorthEast Con in Boxboro, MA on Thanksgiving Weekend, when our supervillainess Stellara won the original character cosplay contest.
On the live-action video front, we are still working on completing our full-length Episode 20, with one more segment still yet to be filmed. Once that is done, the clips go to the editor for assembly, hopefully for a release in January. But in the meantime, we've been filming more 'minisode' customs - Custom #5 was shot last night, with one of our more campy heroines, Zinnia (defender of nature). Here's a still from that shoot. Customs #3 through #5 will be launched on the site later this month.
Back to the comic book: Issue #3 is being worked on by both of our interior artists: Ben Barnett and Wayne Brown. Here are some examples of the pages they have been doing for the next issue, which will be out in spring 2022.
Page 1 splash (unlettered) of supervillainess Chlorina attacking Panthyra and Savanna to capture them for her diabolical experiments!
By Benjamin Zeus Barnett.
Page 3 panel (unfinished) of superheroines Fianna and Frija busting through the warehouse wall (Kool-Aid Man style) to rescue Savanna.
By Benjamin Zeus Barnett.
Page 9 (unedited) splash of supervillainess Devorra (the Queen Bee) and her meeting with Drake and Vaporia of the evil Black Faction.
By Wayne Brown.
Page 13 (pencils only) of superheroine Poderosa lifting a cab into the air (Devorra tried to flee in it) and capturing her.
By Wayne Brown.
More great art from the upcoming Heroineburgh Comics #3 soon!

Thought everyone might want to see how Heroineburgh Comics issue #3 is coming along.
Here are a bunch of samples from interior artists Benjamin Zeus Barnett and Wayne Brown,
as well as back cover pinups from Jamie Apgar and the legendary Don Simpson, and the cover by Jason Wright.
Ben: Chlorina taunts Panthyra, who strains mightily against her bonds with her massive leg and arm muscles.
Ben: Fenneca is knocked on her ass by a mighty blow from superstrong Indarra. However, Fenneca has an adrenalin shot in her "fox pouch"
which could give her an advantage in escaping.
Ben: Frija, Fianna and Savanna are gloating over their defeat of Chlorina, and deciding what to do next about going after Panthyra.
Ben:Indarra and Cybrina fire at Fenneca with electricity and force blasts (note the 'Kirby crackle') but Fenneca twists out of the way.
Ben: Indarra and Cybrina catch Fenneca red-handed with her loot from the gym safe.
Ben: Fenneca scales the wall of the gym with her superstrength and diamond-sharp claws.
Ben: Fenneca opens the gym safe using her keen burglary skills.
Ben: Pencils of the panel where Fenneca tears open Cybrina's costume using her sharp claws. Cybrina is bleeding, but the costume's nanobots (not shown here) quickly heal the wound.
Ben: Here's our tribute to the famous Milo Manara "Spider-Butt". Fenneca in a suggestive pose? No, just naturally crouching in the correct position to rip the metal grate off its hinges.
Ben: Fianna unleashes her devastating banshee scream.
Ben: Chlorina battles Fianna - her toxic gases against Fianna's force blasts.
Ben: Chlorina prepares the syringe to extract DNA from Savanna and Panthyra for her cruel experiments.
Ben: Panthyra wallops Frija with her super strength.
Ben: Superhero entrances and landings by Frija and Fianna.
Ben: Page 1 splash page complete.
Ben: Page 2 complete.
Wayne: Page 12 layout in progress. Devorra the Queen Bee turns an entire stadium of Pitt Panthers basketball fans into her own personal drones, sending them on a rampage!
Wayne: Page 14 layout in progress. Devorra the Queen Bee tries to escape in a cab, but Poderosa lifts the car high into the air.
Back cover 1/4 page pinup of X-Machina by Jamie Apgar.
Half-page back cover pinup by Don Simpson of Devana the Serbian Huntress.
Jason Wright's cover for Heroineburgh Comics #3 - glad you made it this far!

Hi Superwoman fans!
Are you in or near Central Ohio?
This weekend May 27-29, Heroineburgh will debut at Columbus Fanboy Expo at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, as part of the "Comicsburgh" table (which also includes Grant Lankard's Monarch Publishing, printers of Beowulf and Memoirs of the Morbid) of Pittsburgh-based creators. Pick up our latest comic books, T-shirts, posters, and other cool swag. You can even buy live-action episodes on the spot!
Appearing for all three days in full costume to meet and greet will be our lovely actress Sasaya, who plays the seriously scorching heroine Hellyfra in our live-action video series. She will be happy to sign comics, character stickers and publicity stills (Hellfyra also appears in Heroineburgh Comics issue #2 which will be for sale at the Con), and is available for photo and video opportunities if you hashtag #Heroineburgh on your social media.
Other attractions at the Con include celebrities such as Lee Majors (6 Million Dollar Man), Tia Carrere (Relic Hunter), and Dirk Benedict (Battlestar Galactica).
Here is the publicity photo from Hellfyra's battle with super-strong villainess Dyna in Heroineburgh Episode 19 Part 2. CGI not included in real life. Hope to see you at the Con! fanboyexpo.com/columbus/
