In addition to Legion, they're making another show about parents who discover their children are mutants and have to go on the run from the government.

This reminds me of Tomorrow People, though the core of this idea is pretty much a trope. It's the actors and writing that will make/break this sort of thing.

That superhero TV landscape is getting pretty crowded. I am seriously thinking that since CW isn't going to be on Hulu, and Netflix is getting all the CW shows a few days after the finale airs, that I might just bite the bullet and not watch any CW shows next year, and only watch them as a season blocks on Netflix. (I suspect I'll give up on a few of them then, as I did with Gotham.) Of course that will mean ignoring Supergirl for months and months. (If people say it's really good in S2, I might break and pay to stream it.)

OTH, I much prefer watching in season blocks.

(I'm not sure I can name all the Comic Book TV shows out right now.)

They're ditching Hellfire Club for this still, not named show. But, it is a Fox Tv and Marvel TV co-production. Could this lead to the X-Men film characters appearing onscreen someday with their Marvel Studios counterparts?

Maybe. Keep in mind that TV and movies have a long history of not talking to each other ( i have a friend who was high up for awhile in Disney TV production and he has stories). Fox also has A DC Show, and by the kinda logic you could see batman show up.

(thats....going to happen at some point)

As for this...this sounds like modern Fox. The show it reminds me of is the Following which is all about the hunt for criminals who maybe kinda has powers. Or sleepy Hollow(cops with a gimmick) or 24, or X files, a fast paced vaugely thriller plotline.

I hear what your saying about Tommorow People. But that was batshit crazy, and modern fox is a little more restrained then that. I hear good stuff Honestly unless i get told, i am probabbly not going to see the pilot.

And from what i understand Fox has the rights to make a Squirrel Girl show. Sad
