The Labors of Heraclea was created by Dr. Muttonchops
I have just uploaded the first chapter of my latest story, about the original, female version of the Hercules legend. It should be up shortly.

I see you're using an epigram from Marge Piercy:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Piercy
I've read her two sf novels, Woman on the Edge of Time and He, She and It, and even had some contact with her once. But I hadn't seen her poetry. I guess you must have read Circles on the Water. Anyway, a good find. Now I have to read the story!

LOL! Not at all, unfortunately, Brantley. I was just searching for a quote related to strong women, since I start all my major stories with epigrams. Thanks for your interest, though.
