It's not my fault, but it kind of is (a Library Status update)

Hi Maniacs,
You might have noticed that two new stories popped up this morning (Sunday Central European Time), despite the usual policy of a single update per week. This is not the first time it happened, but it usually was a meatware (i.e. me) fault, this time it was a general power outage in my area. It wasn't a major problem, but my connection was all over the place.
Still, this gives me a chance to address one big problem: upload times. Until now the general policy was that everything uploaded during the week goes up on Sunday at midnight GMT, but this has proven a bit of a challenge with some authors that uploads only minutes before that moment. Now, editing stories can be very easy or extremely hard depending on a number of factors that are beyond your control, so I would really appreciate if all of you would take pity of your truly and not upload your stuff at the eleventh hour (barring some exceptional circumstances like a workshop).
