The secret incantation appears to be as follows.
Click the following menu item: Community/Forum -> SWM Forum -> Profile
This will probably take you to a page with "Community" "Edit" "Connections" on the top.
Click the Community/Forum -> SWM Forum -> Profile menu item a second time.
This should take you to a slightly different page with a small "Edit" button on the right of the blue banner that says "Profile for ..."
Click the "Edit" button.
This should bring up three tabs : "User Account", "Profile Information", "Forum Settings".
Click on "Profile Information".
At the very bottom is your signature block.
Edit and enjoy responsibly.
