British Summer

What can be said about are lovely summers, maybe where's the fcuking sun (lol).
Sunday I spent the day at Donnington Park watching Moto GP and got totally drenched. It rained most of the day, heavy at times. My waterproof came in handy, but I still got wet. The ride home was fun (not).
Then today we go and get a mini- tornado. We only see these things on the telly, it's not supposed to happen here. Checking out the damage there are plenty of trees down, fences, tiles etc. One such tree came crashing into the garden causing a right mess. Atleast no one got hurt, nor did it hit the house.
So if this is summer, roll on winter. LOL

A tornado in England? Uprooting trees, smashing fences?
Ultragirl, is Blogger still drifting around in the vicinity of the moon?
Wait -- Gooner said nobody got hurt. Forget it ...

How much sun would you like? 100 degs, 105, 110, 115? So far this month, it has only killed 29 here in Phoenix. I would be glad to send you as much as you want. It's sunset now with a chill in the air as it is only 104 degrees right now.
I am sure that you could talk Bully_Pup into exporting you a little as well.

Speak for yourselves, chaps.
I've just got back from a week in Barcelona. 30 degrees plus every day, blue skies, endless streams of cervezas, mojitos, caiprinhas, margaritas and, of course, senoritas sunbathing topless. The food was good too.
Btw, Batteries, I saw plenty of red and white "Henry 14" shirts all over nothern Spain. Me, I wore my Cesc T-shirt to please the Catalans. We get everywhere you know. Didn't see any Boro fans though....

More weird weather.
Blue, cloudless skies... so how come I heard thunder this morning?
