Happy Birthday - Dru was created by fats
I would like to Wish Dru a happy birthday on this his 100th year on planet earth.

In Dru's lifetime a lot has happened, America worked out that you did not need booze to have a good time, the realised that they did, two world wars have come and gone, birth of TV and the invention of the phrase couch potato, man's first voyages in to space, Australia finally wining something other than cricket or rugby and a lot of other less important stuff, the main thing is that Dru has provided some great stories over the years to us here at SWM and with others in the many sites he's written for, so with that in mind here is a cake from all of us at SWM.

Turning 100 is the only century this Australian will ever score...

I have had a pretty hectic couple of months... And you guys made my day. Turning 1000 can be stressful, so I have heard, but its nice to see it in with good company, and being surrounded by good people can make the grumpiest old fart feel young. B)

Dru actually inspired the legend of the Golem with his exploits in Medieval Europe, which in turn inspired superhero comics.

If not for him, we'd all be talking about Lady Rawhide.
