With the rise of the cell phone, telephone booths are rapidly becoming as rare as hen's teeth. Fortunately for superheroines who like to do their Christmas shopping in London, the district of Westminster has retained many of its distinctive red phone boxes, for tourism reasons. Unfortunately for superheroines, said phone boxes are usually occupied by tourists, drunks, drunk tourists, or politicians seeking to 'collect' the business cards left my ladies of the night.

Anyway, here's a rare example of young lady discretely using a phone booth for what it is supposed to be used for..!

Well first of all those Superladies are a Little lucky on your country, if they would have happened on my place (Barcelona) is sure from some time ago wouldn't find any of those where to do what they have to do.

Other tan that this lovely Kryptonian blonde has to be a Little more faster (and use her powers as well for made the posible witness forget Bout what they have seen). ;)

And yes, with all this modern stuff we're loosing a very needed thing for those justice doublé-lifed defenders...

Awesome! Love it! NYC has no phone booths like that anymore. There are still the ones which you don't walk into, but those are of no use to a superhero now.

This is a famous scene-in Acting training.

(about 1:12 minutes in)

The show this scene a lot teaching actors. Its all about how Christopher Reeves see the phone case looks at it realizes that it will do him no good-and moves on. Its popular with like teaching action and response to action.

Its a good subtle gag actually, leading to one of the great lines in screen history "you got me, whose got you?"

That said the jive talking guy ages horribly.
