Ms. Infinity transformation image and new book--And need some advice



Hi all. So in a couple of weeks I'm self-publishing Where Infinity Begins, my second novel staring my original superhero, Ms. Infinity. Above is an image of her transformation. Nice, right? Not bad art...for a writer and teacher. That's the thing.Good enough for a cover? Eh.

This is a very low budget project, as in teacher with three kids low, basically no budget. I could use a royalty-free stock image, which I eventually did for the first book, and it will look professional enough, but it will also be generic, with just any ol' female superhero on the cover. If I use my own art, I get something like this, specific to the character, and nice enough, but not up to the quality of the writing (which is excellent by the way.) So any thoughts on that?
