New Update on PSW Introducing Kayt!

I'm really pleased to be able to introduce one of our new models at Project Super Woman - Kayt! We filmed a short stand alone video earlier this summer and both of us are very excited to see the fan reaction!

Kayt was a great find for me and based on her profiles and early conversations I knew she would be a great fit for what PSW is all about.

We took some risks and tried for some more advanced SFX than usual using physics engines and more CGI than I've ever used before. I have much to learn - and it took FOREVER but for an afternoon of shooting with a woman for the first time I'm happy with how things turned out.

This is a stand alone story in an alternate universe so don't worry if you don't know anything about the character or you can read brads Mindy Marvel Bios out on deviantart if you'd like.

I really enjoyed it, I liked Katy as Mindy, she seemed to bring a nice degree of enthusiasm to the roll, and I always thought the character of Mindy should have red hair, so that's a positive in my eyes, I hope she stays around. The SFX as expected are top notch, you are the best in the business at them, special mention for me goes to when Mindy landed with the bus and placed it on the ground, together with discovering her new power, and all for $6, you can't get better value than that

For my part I dont plan to buy this one... Kayt is too skinny... I'm a big fan of PSW, but not like much this kind of models...

Thanks Dauntingmold! Her red hair is - amazing - the video really doesn't do it justice. I know at least one person who can't get past the "LOT of hair."

Rueda09 - agree she's skinny compared to say Aubrie or Sierra. However, she's far more buff/fit than Shay or Randi. She'sactually about the same as Ashley but taller (much). It think I picked the worst possible screen shot from a "she's so skinny" perspective to stop on on the webpage for the full uniform preview. This might help other than where it freezes at the end - haha:

I realize your not counting special effects time in it, but wow.

You have really pushed forward as a filmaker-all of this could be in a big movie.

Wow, you have me pumped. Definitely love the thought of a redheaded Mindy Marvel! (Love the thought of a redheaded superheroine in general; Shelley makes a very attractive SG, for example). How much of the transformation do we get to see? I admit too that the super powers combos (flight and super strength at the same time; for example) are turn-ons. I hope that we get to see more of Kayt as Mindy. And if she wants to play SG or BG (Batgirl) on occasion also, that's just fine, too.
On another note, I hope to see more of Ashley (the other Mindy). I love seeing her as Mindy and as SG occasionally, also.

Castor - thanks. Actually - other than a bit of the b-roll footage it was all done in 3 hours. While I pulled permits for this one (what a nightmare) we really do go for very gorilla style shooting. I really wish After Effects and Premier had some kind of tracker on how long you work on footage - because it was the post production that was at the bare minimum 80 hours of focused work with mouse in hand - plus a few days of time rendering and re-rendering.

Brad2 - glad you're enthused. You get to see a shirt pop, glasses toss, hair shake out, and jacket take off and toss aside - the rest is "super speed" behind a pillar. It just so happens Mindy flies around with the bus in this one - so that should be a good combo for you too.

SGfan - thank-you very much. It's a favorite of mine - obviously - too.

Also - to those who have asked - I do hope/plan that Ashley will be back.
