Fiona of Fail was created by Daphne

As of today, there are 17 chapters posted on Fiona of Fail, along with some other incidental material about myself and a brief description of "modern day" Fiona by her scribe. More chapters are in the works, although it's doubtful I'll maintain a daily posting rate.

Awesome. And don't be shy about telling me what you like or don't like. Fiona's quite different to write than Daphne as a teenager and I'm both rusty at writing and very technologically behind the times. I'm pretty sure I should be using wordpress instead of blogger, but the transition is tough for me.

Chapter 4's text is black which makes it difficult to read.

I'm enjoying it so far, but there is a lot of exposition

Same problem on Ch6

Honestly, having her on the road is already seriously cramping my writing about her sex life (which is probably a good thing though).

I've just posted a new chapter for Fiona, and while its still fairly short, I've introduced something that may eventually appeal to some of the readers on this site, although I'm guessing a younger, sexier female might be a bit more on point, but its a start

Anyway, in addition to paving the way for quasi-ubergirl types with pheromones and everything, I'm also going to work at a much slower pace to let me plot things out a bit better and hopefully put up more readable stuff.

Chapter 24 up now. Daphne's getting Fiona into more and more complicated relationships, with new and varied characters, and we're learning more and more about the world in which they figure. Outstanding.

Three more chapters, and Daphne's finally gotten into sex -- but also sexual politics, and some great world-building with the realm of the Karga -- who look human but are actually transhuman. Their ruler, Latarra, is a sexual predator -- but also intelligent and ambitious, a sort of female Caesar Augustus, with plans for a Pax Kargellian. Fiona has to keep her wits about her to deal with Latarra -- and her Caligula-like brother Kurt.
