Or perhaps I should say that if anyone ever has, I've never run across it. Has anyone out there ever written or even seen such a story? If so, why not I wonder . . . . Any thoughts?
I seem to remember one such story, maybe on brawna.org or one of the defunct sites. I could be wrong, though. Whatever it was, it wasn't particularly memorable.
I will also add that if you Google "adult Pippi Longstocking" you get a very interesting news item from 2013!

Pipi i think is specifically a character that appeals to children-there a series of children books(and also movies). One could argue that comics do the same thing and certainly i think Pipi was inspired a bit by characters like Popeye and Superman who proceeded her.
Now there are plenty of fiction out there with Childrens characters- which i am not going to pass judgment on here. Not my place. However you rarely see that kind of stuff on these kinds of forrums-never the twain shall meet with Uberfiction and stuff about Sonic the headhog. There is maybe one maybe two Popeye stories here, and while Brawna has had a run of ARchie fan fiction recently, thats pretty much the anomaly. So it doesn't suprise me necessairly.
Though it doesn't sound like the worst idea ever. The intresting thing about pipi honestly isn't so much the strength, but the free spirited ness and that could make for say an intresting movie or story

Next, let me thank www1969 and Castor for their responses. Also, www1969, I did indeed Google "adult Pippi Longstocking" and the news item was interesting indeed.
And, Castor, I also wonder if Pippi's status as a beloved figure of children's literature might not make the subject of a sexually active Pippi taboo. I almost posed this question in my original post, but I wanted to know what others thought without the bias of my own speculation clouding things up.
I also agree, Castor, that in addition to Pippi's strength, I would think that others might find her "up for anything" attitude appealing. To those two characteristics I would add Pippi's general lack of respect for authority. If you combine these three traits with a sexually mature, hot redhead in long striped stockings, I'd say that you've dipped your toe into quite an interesting pool of combined sexual fixations . . . .
Any thoughts?
