Super U girls dorm

Considering writing a story about a superhero school/university.  I don’t really have any ideas beyond some characters in the girls freshman dorm:

A Nephilim 

The daughter of at least one famous super 

The daughter of at least one villain 

An Amazon girl there as part of  a diplomatic exchange 

Any thoughts?

I like the idea!
Maybe have one of the girls be an alien and include some guys in the background/as Love interest.

The first few chapters/stories could be about daily life and how they user their powers to circumvent problems/cheat in class.

Maybe vary it a bit so not all of them has the classic “Flying brick” power set?

•  One could be a speedster (that always are a few seconds late)
• Flying healer/Blaster (The Nephilim?)
• A Telekinetic (Lazy due to powers)
• A borderline normal ‘super’ (The overachiever/Teamleader?)
• And so on,

Definitely sounds like a good hook. Building off ideas in the previous post, my taste would be that the "borderline super" would be a bit jaded about their lack of impressive powers and somehow become much more powerful in story - but that's a personal taste only recommendation.

I’m thinking of having one girl with Kryptonian-type powers because her parents were scientists who grew her artificially from combined DNA samples from multiple other supers.

Maybe the normal one was the daughter of two non powered heroes and feels a lot of pressure to live up to expectations/measure up to the superpowered students.  

The Nephilim may be similar to Captain Marvel, maybe with some other things on top of that, but her powers probably have drawbacks.

At least one student is an exchange student as part of a diplomatic program, but should there be more?

I was thinking of the daughter of someone who were both Gamma Man/Woman (Think Bruce and Betty Banner).. This makes her even stronger in her Gamma mode because she had to keep her emotions in check as a kid. Maybe, she doesn’t even hide her Gamma mode.  

Or maybe she's Gamma full-time like Lyra and some iterations of She-Hulk? And perhaps like Lyra she NEEDS to keep her emotions in check because getting too emotional drains her strength?
