Cartoon rivalry

I’ve pondered the idea of a story that’s essentially about a superwoman and a mad scientist...the latter being essentially a combination of Wil-E Coyote and doctor Doofenshmirtz.  And may also be a woman who eventually manages to duplicate her nemesis’ powers.

This got me thinking of a possible Back To The Future parody. (Sorry, file was too big with attachments added - maybe a story idea...)
