Hi Everyone!

I think I've made a lot of progress in my 3D rendering experience. Please check out my latest rendition. I think many folks here will appreciate it.

If you have any other idea for simple, easy-to-render experiences, please throw them my way. Maybe I'll like it and try it out. :)

I am normally not a big "super breath" fan, but this video could make me a convert. Excellent work! The billowing cape and dress are especially well animated.

Well done.

The choice of long hair and long slit skirt was spot on to get the full effect.

While I'd like to offer some suggestions, please don't take this as criticism of what's a really nice clip already :).

There's a few pieces of loose paper on the ground in the path of the wind that don't move... and thus look a little odd. I'd also really like to se an occasional scrap of paper, a bit of trash, or a very startled bird get flung along in the path of the wind both to increase the feel of power and to give they eye/brain something to latch onto for a sense of the speed of the wind.

Great work. Very impressive already :). The wind sound is fantastic! Consider maybe adding a little city street ambiance noise faintly under it - some sirens, cars honking in the distance, and general urban hubbub. It may help 'sell' the backdrop for the action.

Thanks for sharing with us.

I believe with the suggestions above the videos will be greater. Anyway, I'm very happy to see that nowadays we have much more superbreath stuff compared to some years ago, and your efforts are part of this. Keep doing :)

Unfortunately the bits of paper were essentially "painted" directly into the street textures. I'd have to find something totally fresh to avoid that. It depends on the scene and whatever Daz3d has on hand for cheap.

Adding little bits of trash to fly around is straightforward, but tedious. Every little bit of trash has to be manually inserted and then keyed into the animation. Sometimes I have the motivation for that level of detail. I'll keep it in mind for the future. I do at least have some other stuff where whole cars and buildings get flung around. You might like those. :)

Hold on tight all you fellow superbreath fans out there! There's a movie coming out that will surely blow us all away:

And that's just one of 3 scenes I could make out in the trailers and teasers. Best superbreath scene ever, IMHO. Coming out 30 September...can't wait!

All good :). I've just started tinkering with DAZ and while it's powerful its also quite daunting to me. The more I know, the more I'm a bit in awe of what you've cooked up already . If you have other clips ready, please do share!

Here's a re-post from Fats from the same film. I've never ever seen superbreath quite like this. Tim Burton truly is a revolutionary!
