From Cwtv's Smallville a very bad version of Kara uses superstrength to extract information with a one handed throat lift and punching through the aircraft

geek/
I know I'm geeking out here, but if you have a good enough monitor and run the brightness way up and can go slow motion, you should check out Laura's calves as she walks down the aisle of that jet. Use the video that's in Italian for the best quality. If you have the DVD or Bluray, it's even easier to see.
We're talking truly Kryptonian-grade definition. No other actress has ever played Kara, or any other superheroine I can think of, who had that level of fitness. If you're into such things.

Laura's walk and her talk with her unforgiving eyes, as an airstewardess is bang on beautiful as she leans in to the unsuspecting passenger, before she 'upsets' the unlucky guy's in-flight meal, lifts him one -handed by the throat, and proceeds to smash through the back of his private jet.
I kind of felt sorry for the doomed pilots, but how were they to know that they were dealing with a p'd off Stewardess / Supergirl? (Even though it wasn't really her.)
Brilliantly played by Laura.

When she played that blue-skinned villain on Melissa’s show, she claimed she created the look to distance herself from her previous SG role on Smallville (the six hours in makeup were worth it) as the director gave her free reign to create the character any way she saw fit. Heaven.

She claims she loves guest-playing villain roles as the Director usually lets her innovate when it comes to the role. She has a knack for playing the beautiful but deadly villain, starting with the malevolent way her beauty disarms her victims at first. This Smallville Brainiac shapeshift was apparently great fun.

Presented to the community in the spirit of fair use for review and criticism, a compilation of Kara/Brainiac superpower scenes from CWTV's copyrighted Smallville s07e20. There's some lighting that enhances the leg muscles as she passes the seat. Would guess the impressive one handed throatlift is probably filmed with some kind of lightweight dummy. Accelerating a human that quickly might not be survivable. The barn kick at 0:43 could not be found online. The heat vision with glowing eyes and fireballs is different than the more common lightbeam. Although Brainiac is defeated by Clark, Kara remains trapped in the Phantom Zone. A list of streaming services is listed below. There are also new and used DVDs and blu-rays for sale on Amazon.com and other places.

I have the Apple TV streaming version, and it's pretty good. Much better than these videos. I would imagine a Blu-ray on an OLED in a very dark room would be outstanding. Unfortunately, given I'm in the Apple-verse, I can't take screen shots of the video (images turn out black).
She also showed a hint of some awesome abs at roughly the 2:50 point in this interview.
