A note regarding peril/bondage sites...

While there is probably some cross-over with the fanbase here. Please refrain from posting/promoting sites that are centered primarily on peril/bondage/hardcore/nudity. Let's face it, some of the fiction and other material posted here could easily be classified as 'soft core', but while I'm admin, I'd prefer not to cross the line with overt peril/bondage.

There are PLENTY of sites/portals/link sites that feature and promote that stuff, so fear not.

That's fair enough, and I agree with the sentiment.

I've actually seen the film now and its a little 'harder' than the stuff that I or the other similar website do, and you're right that it may not have place on this forum.

I thinks its pretty evident what's clear and what's 'pushing the envelope'. A lil peril in the midst of the story (e.g. tying up, overpowered with Green K) is understandable, but a site who's premise is peril/bondage/nudity is based on something that is not the focus of SWM, nor do I want it to be during my tenure as admin.

That's a slippery slope considering superwoman over powering and dominating men will always end up witht hose results when searching.

Discussing and informing people of it can be tolerated within reason. I have issues especially when it becomes an "update thread" (where it was posted), clearly for a commercial site where the poster is most likely profiting.

As for the stories, some of the content here does feature sexual situations and it is accepted for the purpose (or the guise) in that it is not the focal point of the story. The sexual situation is part of a scene or a plot. As for the harder hardcore X-rated stories (see superstories.net and sites of that ilk), there is a reason SWM doesn't have them. SWM chooses not to, and we have politely refused that content when it is submitted. That is something that the previous admins (I & II) agreed with and one of my few instructions I was requested to follow when I took over.

As for Ultrasexyheroines being primarily a nudity site, you are right. I probably wouldn't have added it to the tracker if I was admin back then, but I've kept it there for legacy purposes.

I hope people don't read into this issue too much...post acording to the guidelines I've murkily described and if it crosses the line I'll letcha know.

As with SGI -- the site I ran before this -- I don't want to turn the site into a "superheroine porn" portal / banner exchange.

I sure hope we can discuss nudity and adult content here as long as we are all given the option to go to the link without being forced to see an embedded image. I just want to know what I'm about to see when I click on the link.

ultrasexyheroines.com/ for example is nudity focused and is part of the Updates Tracker if I'm not mistaken. Some of the hosted stories here have x-rated material correct?

Just my opinion as a paying member to SWM.
