As for the superheroines = peril comment, I'll try to stop a flame war from erupting by just saying, "no, not always" or "no, not ever round these parts"

Admin has a point about the advertising aspect of it and its his boards, so he's inclined (as is everyone) to say whatever they want. But I don't appreciate it when the peril folk rake us and the Steeles through the mud over at their forums and, I'm probably in the minority when I say we refrain from stooping to that level.

Peril aint for everyone (prob not 90% of the people here), but neither is our genre interest. Different strokes.....so maybe cut the poster a scholarship rather than cut into him and his site with such aplomb at his first post!

The "official" editorial line of SWM is that other people's fetishes are no bother to us, as we hope ours no bother to others. Obviously, a large number of our members feel differently, an opinion which they are entitled to express here.

My objection wasn't to the content of the sites, just the manner in which they were presented here - as adverts plain and simple.
