Have to say, great new find to the roster She reminds me of Maria Wattel
For those that don't know, Maria Wattel is the world's tallest female bodybuilder. She stands just shy of 6'0".

Hope to see more of her too.

Epic! Definitely one of my top favorite releases. Great story, cool vfx, and most importantly the actresses were great. I'd say the standout performance for me was the goddess in the second part. I think her name is Natasha, she was in A New Master. You can tell this actress loves playing this kind of role. The sequence where she shrunk "James" was very entertaining to me. Telekinesis is one of my favorites as far as feats go and we see a lot of it here which is awesome. With that, I think Selina looked the best when using telekinesis. It was an excellent choice to have her not use her hands, it made her look that much more superior. It was also lovely to see Ann from Investment again, I was wondering how long it would be till we saw her again, fortunately not too long. It seems like goddess like content might be becoming more common on here. If it is, I'm here for it. 10/10

- Really pretty model in Part 3. Athletic, thin, and feminine (I'm not a fan of the overly buff models). I also liked the model in Part 1. Very cute. Kind of so-so on Part 2 for me.
- Digging the new Supergirl costume. Hope we see more.
- Loved the part where she rampages and goes full goddess mode. Wish there was more of that, in fact.
- Tell your models to let their hair down! Pinning them up or putting in buns just isn't quite as sexy. If anything, it's a missed opportunity. Going from a bun to the let-down hair is kind of like a subtle symbol of her newfound power and freedom.
- I'm not a fan of giant logos and branding. Seems totally out of place when a lady develops superpowers. For example, the "DIE-SEL" words on her spandex suit is kind of distracting, Ideally, just go with a solid color, or perhaps a cool superhero-esque logo. It makes me lose some of the immersion and feel like I'm just looking at off-the-shelf clothes.
- A super-powered goddess needs proper clothes to match. Seeing a lady run amok in her street clothes feels off to me. Maybe a little, at first? But I feel she needs some sort of new costume that symbolizes her flamboyant confidence and power. Like a fabulous satin gown, a long flowing cloak, spandex suit with a cape, etc.

For those of you who may not know this, I wrote and commissioned the Super Lois series.
How have you guys been enjoying it? I really think the last one is the best one to date.
I got a few plans for a sequel. I'd like to do one where she faces off her evil self to use the evil dark super girl outfit. And also have her beat up superman(As she really has no more excused to manhandle him).
And I do want to do a rematch and do a proper fight with her vs. the doctor from the last video.
But, I'd just love to know your thoughts. As I love the series. Its not perfect, but life isn't perfect and this is ultra low budget filmmaking and I rather think they're really fun. But, I'm biased!!!!

But when you are dealing with a limited budget, telling the story is far more effective.
The girls are quite beautiful, and some of them can even act. So have them tell us what they did after flying through the roof and coming back. Were they shot? How did it feel? Did they use their freeze breath? What did they freeze?
Etc etc etc
And obviously I don’t mean this as a criticism, Taurus films is doing a great job of giving this community what it wants.
But…..I wish they understood heat vision a little better. Someone should tell them that getting a dose of heat vision is a little more than just an ouchy.

But, you have to remember these are show string budgets. And it actually is quite impressive what he accomplishes in these shoots.
Also, the whole point of the last one was to both show and tell his insecurities and recap the prior chapters. And give a new misadventure of superman. I'm pleased with how it turned out.
Its a fun witty story. Yes, I wish there was more money to spend on more actors, more costumes and more locations. But, again this is low budget. And its meant to be fun. I am proud of what was accomplished.

I love talking. But the reality is certain actors handle lines better.
I got lucky with the actress who is the therapist. She's amazing and just owned the part. And she wasn't my first choice, but I'm glad we got her. And I am going to write a sequel for her.
Guys... Remember this isn't hollywood. To want that kind of polish isn't realistic. We do our best. And a lot of the dialogue got cut, but again... its either that, or less video. I'm pleased with what was made. Its a mini movie. And realistically I couldn't have asked or even done better myself.
I will always push for more talking, but the newest super lois HAS more talking than any other.

In Three Goddesses near the end, the final girl does not seem to say very much at all. After silently killing the man, she flies up into space and pushes the moon out of orbit then destroys it. Great concept and idea! Having her describe how powerful she is would be great. Maybe talk about how the guy she kills just feels beneath her. Or comments like "I feel strong enough to push the moon out of orbit!"
A great example that I like to reference is an early scene from JonX's film "Superwoman - Weak and Bound." In the early scene, Superwoman arrives at the villain's lair and is about to get shot by a gun. Superwoman just laughs at the idea, flexes an arm, and is like "Do you think that will hurt me? I'm Superwoman." The gun gets fired, bullets bounce off Superwoman, and she just laughs that the villain thought that might work. It's that playfulness that sells the scene. Superwoman is this goddess who is amused that this person thinks a handgun is going to do anything to her.
I also agree with D_K_C that some of the action scenes should be cut down in time. Looking back at Three Goddesses, one superbreath scene is 50 seconds long with another being 45 seconds long. In contrast, the scene where the final girl is getting shot is about 30 seconds long. However, she just stands there with little reaction. It would be much more powerful scene if she is reveling in her invulnerability and laughing at the man who thinks that gun could harm her.
In the first part right before the superbreath scene, it seems like the redhead actress does not want to touch the girl in the Supergirl costume while trying to do a bear hug. It just looks silly as both girls struggle yet the redhead is barely touching her. Similar thing happens in part 2 where the guy starts "punching" the second girl. The camera is positioned so that it is plain to see that his fists are a good two feet away from her.
Safety is critical so I understand not wanting to be closer. However, if you cannot get the shot, then a different technique might work. Instead of the guy throwing multiple punches, get multiple scenes of the guy with his fist against the woman's cheek and stomach, then pulling away. You can reverse the shot in editing to make it look like he is punching her to no effect. This is how a lot of Friday 13th and other slashers did things to simulate someone getting an axe to the head. Then shoot quick reaction shot from the woman's perspective where he is holding his hand and crying out in pain. Have a quick transition between hit and reaction so the viewer's eye cannot easily pick up on the effect.

I will just say this... Taurus makes great films and a lot of them. This isn't easy to do. And some of the setups you describe... STILL take time to setup. Trust me. I suggest similar things.
I was talking about the super lois series and I was hoping to engage in a friendly constructive thing about the THINGS WE LOVED or LIKED. And might want to see more of.
ANd I get it with the reptition of shots. But, you know why they're like that... A lot of people want to see the feats over and overagain.
But I thought you guys might be interested in talking to the person who commissioned and wrote them. And hell... Maybe you could help inspire sequel ideas.
but, no. Just negative gripes. I'm sorry for being a bit negative. But, I was just hoping to have a fun discussion. I live and breathe this stuff. I've written more strong women stories than perhaps anyone alive.
Not hyperbole guys. Anyway. I wish you all health and wealth. I just loved the Super Lois series and the actress. and was hoping someone might have seen it and liked it. A lot of hard work went into it. On my end and on the Taurus end oft things. Many, many hours of hard work.
have a nice day. And again take care.

I think you might have missed the point. As far as I'm aware, you are on a Taurus films discussion thread.
So, I liked your comment. I love that you've commissioned and participated in making a video with Taurus. I probably have a dozen questions for you. But my comment was more a generality, and not a direct reply to you.
And if I were to have a collaboration with Taurus, which I would very much like to do someday, and then wanted to talk about that collaboration after it's release.... I would probably create a new thread.
Taurus/DKC collaboration "name of video"
And under that thread, we can discuss specifically what people like, what they didn't like, and peoples thoughts in general specifically about the video i commissioned.
My point is, not everyone is talking about your specific video.... At least I wasn't.
