WE ARE NOT A PERIL SITE!!!!!!
Can I please remind all users new and old that this site is not a peril site, we do not accept posts with peril content. If anyone attempts to post peril material again I will BAN those that attempt to do so.
If you are unsure of the sites policies please take some time and read the FAQ's of the site, those can be found here

Surely, there should be a time and place for those who like that genre, but I strongly feel this site does not need to be it.

Hey Fats, did somebody on here posted peril material again on this site?
And if so, can you or a member of this board tell me or even PM me on who posted the Peril material so I can be aware and also have a clear idea on who it was.

Believe me, I am constantly conscious of the faith being extended to me in allowing me to keep an open notebook. I put my girls in perilous situations sometimes, because challenge precedes triumph. But I've had my own (less strident) warnings and no one benefits from anyone but me and the management knowing the details.

Well, there's a huge distinction in having peril in your content and doing peril content. A little peril, as you said, to spice up the story and present some challenges to the ubergirls, in my view, is totally acceptable. But content focused on peril, torture and suffering of supergirls should be strictly off limits for this forum

That's exactly the problem.
It's oftne pretty damn hard to make the distinction until you reach the climax of a story, but what separate a challenging story from a peril story is the purpose. In a challenging narrative the danger is there to push the character to new heights of heroism, to show that the opponents are no pushovers, but a real and credible threat. It's a tool for the narrator to create a sense of drama and, in the end, empowering the main character. In a peril product the danger is the whole purpose of the story.
