The statue is of a little girl, in a superman pose, defying the Wall Street Bull.

It's interesting to see this iconography seep into statues on Wall Street.

I'd probably have less of an issue with this (and the underlying message) had they taken a grown-up woman instead of a little girl.

I guess they thought on putting more emphasis in the "David vs Goliath" concept.
