Favorite kind of lift?

What kind of lift is your favorite and why?

Mines would be the cradlelift and the piggyback because they show the strength of the supergirl while still being sweet.

Hard one to call - they all display empowerment, especially the necklift which I think has been overdone, so going with the one-hand shoulder lift as shown by Laura on Smallville when she picked up the (all be it) little kid eye to eye so easily.

Kinda like telekinesis. No need to touch the scum

I prefer more lifts of large, impossibly heavy objects. Cars, tanks, planes, battleships, etc. Or destruction of said objects.
