Polish Supergirl Fan Film

There is a Supergirl fan film in the works from some guy in Poland. Here is the link where you can download the teaser trailer:

www.geocities.com/uz_supergirl/

However, as you can tell, it is a geocities site and hardly ever available due to their bandwidth restrictions. :x So if you get the "this site is temporarily unavailable" page, you'll just have to try again later.

Anyway, I downloaded the teaser trailer as a .swf (Shockwave file), but the instructions say to change it to a .wmv file in order to play it. Does anyone know how to change a .swf file to a .wmv file? The "save as" option doesn't show when I right click on the file or when I open it using a shockwave viewer. I know just enough about computers to be dangerous so I'm not sure how to proceed. Can anone help? I'm running Windows XP, which is probably half my problem.

I downloaded the file with a right-click save as (selecting the default filename with the .swf extention) Once the download was completed, I renamed the file, changing the extention to .wmv, and it seems to play fine on my crappy laptop running XP.

Can't comment on the content yet, as I haven't had a chance to catch more than the opening ten seconds without someone walking in...

Okay. I finally got it to work. The problem was that the file was not showing the "file extension" (i.e. the .swf), so I fixed it in the properties popup. Then changed it to .wmv.

Anyway, it's billed as a teaser, and it is just that, a teaser. There is very little of the actual animation that I guess will go into the movie. But there is some of it at the very end.

I know I'm probably not a good judge of artists, but his SG seemed kind of stiff (<-Is that a good word?). I mean, at least make her blink.

Maybe the finished product will be much better...
