I also wouldn't mind seeing Linka or Gi get super-powers. Yeah I know they had "powers" in the show (Wind and Water respectively :whistle:

) but I'm talking about real super-powers, dammit. But yeah, I doubt anything good will come of this movie.

Ok, let me get this straight. Of all the crappy cartoons from the early 90s someone is looking to make a live action of Captain Planet, granted at the tima there were some incredible peices of crap on air (Defenders of the Realm, Darkstalkers etc.) but few of them reached the apex of stupidity obtained by CP.

For the love of God! Please don't let this movie get made!

I can't think of one other cartoon from my youth that was more stupid, idiotic, and pathetic than Captain Planet. Really, I can only remember sitting through one episode and realizing, even in my youth, that it was one of the worst animated shows ever broadcast.
