Teenage Superheroine Fan Film

Does anyone remember a fan-made short about a teenage heroine who is too busy saving the world and doesn't have time for her love life? I'm wracking my brain trying to remember what it was called. Thanks!

Thank you, lfan, but I'm afraid that's not the one I was thinking of. The one in question had an actress that I believe was Asian, had a yellow costume, and might have had electrical powers. The only scene that I recall involves her at home with her boyfriend, and getting an alert on a radio that there was a disaster somewhere.
