I hope the previews are not 80# of the action SG sees in the entire movie.
I do think Lois seems a little flat for my vision of Lois - but I will reserve judgement.
I love the box art and wish SG was in it - so much so the video art is almost a let down.

An interview and stills:

This could be the start of something good for the character - we'll see. I'm looking forward to it.

The thing is, she does way more stuff here than in the original story this was based on. I mean way more. Frankly the comics were way deeper than this. I understand though why they left out a lot of parts because the original story tied closely with other succeeding arcs.

Haven't read the comic myself so I'll have to take your word for it. However, I still feel that Supergirl was severely underutilized in this movie and all her scenes felt like filler.

Same story for WW, who can't get onscreen traction.
The studios persist in holding antiquated views of female power. Yet there are plenty of examples in sports where females can kick ass and be accepted by the public. Women's soccer teams, etc. it seems the comic books (and spin offs) are going to maintain "traditional views" of females long beyond the point where the general audience could handle more equality.
Just more of the same. A waste of money except for a few scenes that have already been shared here. Don't buy the movie expecting more. Bad movie.
We will have to continue to portray our own vision in stories.

What story was this based on? gotta search
And yes, at first super girl was just a insecure side kick for superman... I like that in the last few years she is shown as more powerful than superman
