Savaged

Upcoming horror film about a mute-deaf woman driving across the Southwest and finds a dying native American kid in the road.

Kid dies and the thugs that killed him show up and beaet woman nearly to death. Found by a native American shaman, he trys to use magic th heal her, but instead the spell go wrong and the summons the spirit of ancient Apache warrior.

The spirit takes control the woman's now, dead body and seeks brutal revenge on the men who killed her.

A trailer is out now. The lead role is played by model/actress Amanda Adrienne. She says she trained for nine months in Wushu and archery to prepare for the role.

Unlike the somewhat similar Cheerleaders Die, which has a of humor, this film is more hard core horror.

Sounds very familiar, I can't remember the name but I know for sure there is a similar themed 80/90s action movie out there.

The basic idea sounds a lot like- "I spit on your grave" which is a 78 movie which was recently remade. its a movie about a woman who is raped tortured-who in the rural south goes about killing them one by onee. the movie is.... yeah. the first one is one of the movies i have never seen but is still banned in parts of canada for being incredibly violent and sexual.

You could also be thinking of Ms. 45 which is about a woman who is raped and tortured and is mute. This one is less explotive artistic, but never has a lot of plot -it was directed by Abel Ferrara who is a director who has a very werid career looking at his filmography
