Gender Bending the Avengers was created by lfan
There are several great gender bending pieces out there, but they are usually one-off manips. This is perhaps the best SET I have ever seen, especially when you also consider some of their "casting choices" are spot-on as well:

I can see that..but no...
and heres the reason i would give.
This looks to clean. That maybe an odd response to it but thats true. The avengers look in danger, there always just off perfect in costume. These are well done costumes with celebs heads on them that all look akwardly photoshoped. A couple of years they did one of Alison Bree as Captian America(which would be a perfect choice-not only casting wise in the sence that she seems the kind of woman that marvel would cast-they wouldn't cast someone too too established).
but there is an idea here, so well something.

Tony Stark's Arclight does not translate well onto a woman's body.
