Pixels (2015) Lady Lisa

In Pixels (2015) the world is threatened by destruction by video game characters.     One of the characters Lady Lisa  is the childhood fantasy of a movie character.   What happens when Lady Lisa materializes?

Now I wish I'd seen this movie when it came out. Just assumed it was some video-game themed kids' stuff. Ashley Benson is gorgeous, and Josh Gad's crush encapsulates all of our dreams. Definitely can relate!

I hadn't paid any attention to the movie either, but Ashley hits it out of the park. Kind of like she was sucked out of my fantasies.

Whoever cast her and costumed her and directed her knew what they were doing. Of course, no real acting.

Much closer to my idea of Supergirl than MB, but of course, nobody has MB's personality. I suppose one of the Laws of Nature (damn it) is that Ashley's look and MB's personality can't occupy the same space at the same time. Otherwise, we'd truly have a goddess. And we can't have that. <grin>
