Wonder Woman choice. was created by mickydmm
 Hello people, I have been reading through the post on who would make a good/great Wonder Woman, and to be honest I don't know who half of these women are?.

So saying that I'll put forward my suggestion, ( if any body cares?) for the role.

Dina Marie Vernnoni. here she is.

Although the five of you that were in chat last night know I said this, I'm going to say it again for the rest. My vote is for Liza Snyder. If any of you watch Yes, Dear on CBS, you know who I'm talking about.

How about this actress. Her name is Darcy Donovan:

She compares very well to the looks of Linda Carter, doesn't she?

Darcy certainly fills out the role in my opinion.

The clip did not have her speaking or moving however. That would have really been nice to see. Is she after the role? Where can I sign the petition?

I think it needs to be someone with a somewhat of a muscular build. No quite a bodybuilder but definately someone with some muscle. The only actress that comes to mind at the moment is Jessica Biel from Blade trinity. She was pretty ripped and had some good martial moves.
I will be rather diapointed if the choose some stick figure supermoudle. If you look at wonder woman in her comics she actually is quite the Amazon Princes and she should look physicaly powerful. After all she is arguably the strongest of the women in comics today. Thats the heroin with the most muscular power not the most powerful all around.

:D Wonder woman is one of the female power houses in comic Dom today, but what about power girl? she is powerful as well (I'd say even more powerful than WW) take away Diana's bracelets and belt and she nothing, take away Karra's .....nothing.. she doesn't have anything to take away to make her powerless.

Then of course there's Big Barda, ( very under rated ) she went toe to toe with Superman and it came to a stand still.

Sorry but wizard rated Power girl as strong as she hulk but wonder woman and super girl both as being stronger than PG or SH. And that was base on just pure physical strength.
I do agree with you though. Power girl and She hulk are both two of my three favorite comic charactors the third being the Thing. All three of these characters are third string super heros to most writers and get a lot of abuse which i feel is not deserved.

www.comicscontinuum.com/stories/0505/11/supergirl1a.jpg

check this link of a future super girl cover and you'll see that Power girl is still just used as a tool to show how tough another hero is when they beet on and defeat with little effort what is vewed as a good hero by all but the writers (which is an over used theme of comics).

:D What Super girl is that? Pretender number one Matrix, pretender num' 2 the kid in the white top, or num' 3 some other wanna be.

Or could it possibly be the original Karra El (Linda lee denvers) COUSIN TO Kal El, born again pretender Superman remake revamped NUM' 2??

Sorry 00tree, But the hero's you see today are just pretenders to the originals, from (Crisis on infinite Earths on wards)

The True Power Girl, ( Earth two's Karra El, earth two's Superman) is the real Power girl, not the false one you see now. ( atlantean born, grand daughter of a wizard, Utter bull). she was the most powerful of the female heroines, Watta.. err I mean Wonder Woman was just some bint running about in starry knickers, a third ranker after Batman .

again i agree with the comments on the previouse post but the writers are bringing back super girl as an ultra powerful being and the way the writers show favoritism wonder woman is unbeatable by any other muscle woman of comics today.
I wish it weren't so because powergirl is totaly awesome and one of my favorite charactors. But the editors control the comic charactors and until powergirl gets some of her former glory back she is little more than a third stringer, and that vexes me.
I have a very bad fealing that the new supergirl is going to totaly stomp PG for no other reason than for the charactor to be showcaised as the new second best strong woman of comics and that STINKS!!!

OKay, I'm not a wrestling fan at all, but if we can't have CZJ as WW, how about somebody that looks the part?

How about the WWE wrestling hottie "Victoria?" She's uber hot, a wrestler, so she can sort-of act, and definitely has a very fit, muscular but still feminine body. WW should be sort of buff, after all.

winnie from wonder years doesn't look athetic enough in my opinion to play wonder woman not that she's not a little hotty but she has no vissible muscle to speak of.
