GREAT clips. Thank you for posting these!

Since I haven't been able to successfully download the episodes and I have no understanding of Chinese - I wanted to know if somebody can explain how this superheroine got her super powers.

Is she an alien from another planet like Supergirl?
Are her powers from chemical/radiation exposure like the She-Hulk?
Are her power magical-based or from a deity like Wonder Woman?

Finally, does she have these super powers all the time or do they only activate because of some trigger?

An ordinary HK girl (Ada Choi) with an ordinary job and a blank love life. She always hopes for miracles to fall upon her. Under some lucky spell, she encounters a mysterious powder rouge and transform into a gorgeous super heroine. Other than her full-time boring office job, she starts to work as a part-time heroine saving people in danger. This miracle changes her love life. Her once blank love life is surrounded by three guys: a rich play boy (Moses Chan), a self-absorb cop (Kenny Wong), and a petty office man (Raymond Cho).

They ripped off Spider-man, but with a lipstick instead of a radioactive spider. As I understand it a particular type of lipstick reacted with mutated genes, to give her superpowers every time she kisses a guy. That's as best I can make it out from the broken English language stuff on the web and what happens in the episodes.

The joke is in her everyday identity she's rather plain, flat chested and has an oversized rear, so she has to keep coming up with ways to kiss guys. Suffice to say there's an awful lot of guys getting knocked unconscious at convenient points in the action. But then they aren't playing it 100% straight, so I guess that's excusable.

^^ What he said... looks like a combo rip off of Spiderman (like he said) along with My Super Ex-Girlfriend. Not a bad combo for the genre lovers....

Thanks for the quick responses. If this series leads to more superwomen shows/movies than I'm all for it.

Question: Does 'Janet Bin' have any other super powers besides flight, super strength, super speed, and invulnerability?

I also wonder if they will set-up some sort of super villain for her to battle against as the series progresses.

She has all the usual Superman powers including super vision and super hearing. The powers don't last forever, when they get used up she transforms back to her normal self. Not sure if the amount of power she gets is based upon how much she fancies the man she kisses, because it seems to vary.

There aren't any super powered villains so far, although there's one recurring character who does Matrix-like stunts during fights, but I've no idea if he's supposed to be an undercover crime fighter or this series' version of Lex Luthor because I can't follow the dialog.

Who cares about the dialogue? It's all about the superwoman action!

Here are the clips from episodes 7 and 8. Interesting scene at the end of episode 8, she is her normal non superwoman self and gets hit by a car crushing the front end but she doesn't budge....

Here is episode 6 clips. I think it has some of the best stuff so far. Some is a recap so there are some scenes that we've already seen but it's still good
