Ah, thanks JAG! The trailer looks kind of interesting, no idea when we (that is, Australians) will be seeing this show though, if at all.

NO...not as part of the regular cast...Mom (the uberhot Julie Benz) is a speedster. Still, there are always 'guest star' possiblities and the ever-popular 'power-switch' plot that could happen....

Saw the pilot episode the other day....not too bad!

*************** SPOILER ALERT ************

Was your typical origin story and well acted. The FX were pretty good. IMO, superspeed is one of the hardest FX to animate and not look stupid doing it. With the Mom, they did a combination of stop motion and blurrin effects (similar to Daphne in Heroes) and it looked pretty good. There is a pretty cool scene of her at a race track testing her powers that shows how fast she is (clocked around 800 mph!!). And she looks hot!

There is also the occurance of another 'super' in the episode so we might have them drop in from time to time to challenge our family....overall, I'd give it a 6/10

Regardless, the show was pretty terrible. I'd be surprised if it lasted more than 12 episodes.

This is cool, kind of similar to Greatest American Hero in the fact they they have no instructions.

Not looking good for a second season when both of the stars (Chiklis and Benz) are set to star in two pilots this Spring....based on ratings, show is on life support right now...
