CW Awakening pilot

The CW has order a pilot called Awakening set during a zombie outbreak. It main characters are two sisters who don't get along . The role of the older sister was just cast to UK actress Lucy Griffiths. Why this maybe of interest to this board is becuase it has been reported that the sisters themselves are zombies. Will they have any superpowers like superstrength?

Superpowers and zombie apocalypse tend not to go together well. I find it unlikely that any characters will have superpowers. The most we can probably expect would be a little wire-fu zombie smashing, but I doubt we'll get even that.

spoilertv.com has review of the CW's pilot scripts. The zomibes can transform back into human form and live hidden among the living! The Grifiths character is love with a guy whose father is a zombie hunter. She trys to live a normal life without killing people. It sounds way too much like a vampire drama to work.
