TIVO ALERT: Smallville Season Premiere Tonight (US)

For those in the States, just a reminder that the season premiere of Smallville is tonight with some definite confirmed "uber-fodder". Am sure we'll hear commentary on it tomorrow.....

OK, no one commented on this and I think I know why --- from ubergirl perspective, it sorely fell short of not only expectations but even the so-called "script" that had been leaked on DTS and Kryptonsite.com.....

No Aethyr throwing a Humvee.....no Aethyr ripping the wing off a plane.....no slugfest in the airplane hanger.....no Lois firing an RPG at the villians....well, at least they got the title right!

Serious, thought the action and plot was kinda weak (though the Fortress of Solitude looked cool) and had sooooo much more potential for evil superness than some throat lifts. The villians looked very Kryptonian at the landing (incl Aethyr looking cute in her skirt) and then they put jumpsuits on them? Did I miss something? At least they had "Kara" do something other than heat vision......

Was it just me or did the season premiere leave me far from satisifed, even from a "fan of the show" perspective......
