First Look at Retro Girl from Powers

Michelle Forbes as Retro Girl from the upcoming Powers series on Sony Playstation Network. Gotta say she looks great but little disappointed in Retro Girls look, as it is a big deviation from the comics....

I thought that too! Retro Girl seemed like the city's iconic hero, their "golden girl" similar to Superman as being, like you said, full of hope, and optimism. Casting Forbes seemed to instantly make the character "darker" -- based on Forbes work that I've seen and the obvious (and possibly shallow) fact that she's physically...well...dark! based on the costume, maybe they are going in a slightly different direction with her.....
