Vixen on CW

Now playing on CWSeed. Pretty significant exhibition of "girl power" right off the bat. Episodes are really only micro-episodes, about 5 min in length each week. Still, some pretty good stuff:

Same here. I suspect this content is blocked for all the people outside of the US.

While this might not be supermodel by industry standards, it's more or less consistent with the vitals of her comic book version (comic book Vixen is listed being 5'9", 140 pounds). In general I don't think that modelling industry standards (i.e. being as thin as a wire hanger) would make a good supergirl look. Unless the character has a way to make her body unchangeable, all the rought and tumble she has to go through is bound to cause her to develop some muscles.

My apologies in advance to the non-US folks that cannot access it, but the latest episode of Vixen (Episode 3) is now up at CWSeed and features some decent girl power as Mari begins to discover her powers.
