Lucifer Season 2?

I thought I saw a brief glimpse of super strength in the trailer for season 2 of this Fox show (never watched it)

A blond is briefly shown shoving someone several feet into the air, anybody see anything?

Lucifer's mom, God's former wife, is played by Tricia Helfer, best known for her role as Model Six on Battlestar Galactica. Her height and nordic features make her a favorite choice for strong, imposing female characters. As close to godhood as she was in Battlestar, she's even closer here.

Mom has come to Earth to win her sons' love back, and they allowed her to stay here instead of sending her back to hell. For the first time in (literally) forever she's posessing a human body, and in this clip we see her discovering what she's capable of in terms of brute strength.

Tricia always does her best when portraying alien/supernatural characters, and she has some definite talent for being fierce and strong and liking it. But also vulnerable at other times. It's more or less her career. So I always expect a good performance from her in shows like this.

There's another clip out there where Lucifer is escorting his mom to his car when someone propositions her because she's totally dressed like a 'working girl'. Lucifer tells her the dress is all wrong and she has to get rid of it, so she tears it off to stand naked in the street. She does the 'I don't exactly understand your local customs' thing very well also. Great fun.

Unfortunately, he's driving a convertible so getting her under cover is a challenge. Not to mention she's his mother.

Tricia is still a beautiful blond Nordic type. Unusually tall too. She's 42, but looks a lot younger. But then, per the Lucifer show mythology, she was God's wife. Was? Are they divorced? And now she lives in Hell? That's a pretty harsh breakup.

I'm sure the show has a good story there. Probably something that would resonate with anyone who likes the old Kevin Smith movie Dogma, which I think is incredibly fun and hilarious.

Yes, they "divorced" over humanity. Their union generated the universe, but she despised humanity whereas God - no shit - loved them. At least that's what we know now, but it's clear there are yet a lot of info to uncover.
So God sent her to hell, and Lucifer - as Hell headmaster - was her jailer. Lucifer held a grudge against her because she did nothing when God sent him to hell, before his parents' divorce.
So when she broke out of hell, Lucifer had to seek out her host body to send her back there. Her motherly attitude convinced Lucifer and her other son, Amenadiel, who's also on Earth, to let her be. She then looked at the sky with this expression (i.imgur.com/pmJXBKE.jpg) which clearly stands as a "fuck you, I won" to her former husband.
Then at the end of episode 3 she discovers she has the power, cue the clip of the previous post.

I was just wondering if anyone has been keeping up with this? I am a big fan of the role that Tricia Helfer played as Six in Battlestar Galactica. Very strong, powerful, sexual and menacing or using her power in a vampish fashion.
I did see some very cool scenes with Tricia as God's wife on the first few episodes but have not had time to keep up with the series. Can anyone tell me if she played any other relevant scenes this season that I should make an effort to find?

I can't stand watching one episode per week, so when something gets my attention I usually wait the season out. Lucifer's schedule is ghastly (it's currently on its second mid-season break), all the more reason to wait until the season is complete.

Short answer, no. I'm grabbing the episodes but I'm waiting for the season to end before watching it.
