What If?
Although her growth isn't shown (as in the CA: First Avenger movie it happens inside a steal cocoon). She does step out noticeably taller and beefier, and they do show her towering over men often.
There are some nice fight scenes with some good moderate strength feats. She doesn't seem to be able to toss tanks around, but she can toss motorcycles, run as fast as a motorcycle, flip trucks, and effortless rip cage doors off. All in all a nice send up of the topic. There is also a nice (short) workout routine.
The animation is slightly off to me, but it's serviceable. You get a good idea of what it's like from the trailers. It does work really well in parts, and is a bit dodgy in others.
Overall, if you have Disney + not a bad way to spend a half hour. It's biggest failing is that I could have watched Peggy tossing dudes around and ripping off doors for much longer. Though if you want more comics Captain Carter .. she was in the last Exiles series (it's where she appeared.. Exiles is essentially a group of people traveling through What if worlds and fixing things.)
I'm not sure if they'll loop back around to Captain Carter again traditional What If doesn't normally do that .. but Exiles has (in some of it's incarnations) and from the first episode they're obviously pulling from there too. Hopefully it's not the last we've seen of Captain Carter.

Captain Carter is brutal when she fights. She demolishes hordes of Nazis in gruesome ways, and she has fun doing it. Every blow hits with a meaty thud in a testament to her power. She even tortures a guy (but of course they can't show that kind of thing on Disney+). And not only does she fight Nazis, she also has to fight for the respect of her commander.
It was glorious, and I'm gonna have to run it back a few times.

I certainly hope this isn’t the last we’ve seen of her in this form

I liked a lot. Despite the fact that the drawing was very Disney-like, it was very good.
Carter's character is one of those who fall in love.
And if they plan to make a dedicated one each season. For God's sake, do it right, or don't.

I just saw the chapter of What if? from Captain Carter.

Too bad they are only making one Carter-focused episode each season. After this, we need a new live-action Captain Carter show. If they can find a suitable actress. Attitude is everything.

No need. Theres a perfectly capable actress to play the role already - Hayley Atwell a.k.a THE Peggy Carter

I agree with the above that TwiceOnThursdays is underselling it. As others on this thread have noted she kicks some ass. Disney did not have her hold back and at no time is she in trouble or does the viewer wonder if she is even has super strenth like you do when watching "Supergirl." In every fight scene she overwhelms Nazi's with her speed, strength and agility. I might even say the depict her as stronger than post transformation Steve Rogers. She stops trucks cold and single handedly forces a supernatural force back into a portal. A few scenes below.I just saw it, and I think you're hugely underselling it.

Seriously, it's all Marvel seems to write regarding Wanda these days. It's her going on a rampage or everybody doing some really stupid things because of their paranoia she will go on a rampage. Even the Hulk gets more nuance, and that's taking into account that this little waltz has been his schtick from day one.

You can thank Brian Michael Bendis and his Avengers Disassambled run, which also caused the death of Vision and Hawkeye, both characters that the author and the editors considered useless but caused an uproar among the fans.It was one of the highlights of the film, and it just made her becoming collateral damage to yet another "Wanda goes Nuts" plot, which made the latter more eyeroll-worthy.
