i just watched this netflix show. there are 2 seasons so far with a 3rd coming. there were a lot of super strength feats in this show. including a good arm wrestling scene in season 2. I also enjoyed the show as a whole.

That's correct. The superstrength stems from the discovery of the "Hercules Key" which I believe is in the first episode of season 2 (the younger brother discovers it), Kelsey (the sister) uses the key for a brief (but brilliant!) scene in episode 2. The arm wrestling scene is in episode 5 (though unrelated to the Hercules Key)

there are also superstrength scenes in season 1 dodge did alot with throat lifts chocking exc.
