For a long time the twins have been looking for a way to harness their ultraterrestrial strength in a perfectly controlled way. Martial arts seemed like the obvious answer, after all martial training is about controlling and discipline one's potential.
Unfortunately martial arts based around a normal human phisiology weren't really suited for their superhuman physiques. So after trying and easily mastering many fighting techniques, they decided that the only way was to create one of their own.
In a few short weeks they were able to build the foundations of their art, blending together their already extensive catalogue of techniques with the unique possibilities of their bodies. Of course such technique was usells to anyone without superhuman strength, speed and durability, but it allowed the twins to hone their bodies even further. By grace of these technique they could increase their strength a thousandfold or concentrate it all in a spot smaller than a pin-head, depending on the need of the moment.
