As the superwoman exercises increased in intensity special facilities were devised to reduce damage to the studio and limit tremors from shaking the area and alarming residents.
Reinforced concrete would heat up and crack. Borrowing from cold war command center designs an exercise studio was suspended on springs and dampers. Inspired by overheating dampers, the latest attempt uses regenerative braking to generate electricity.  No explanation for how the superwomen have so much energy to burn.   One theory is that somehow they are transforming mass into energy by E=mc2.

As I regret, I have discovered this movie so late. I have only seen scenes and it has conquered me.

I would like to see it complete.

This is a scene where a slim waitress working at a truck stop who has been constantly bullied by a truck driver is given a 'little helping hand' by a customer who 'accidentally' slips a very special vitamin pill into her coffee during the waitress's morning break.

Needless to say the truck driver is in for a shock as he tries to do a runner and she ends up pursuing him, lifting up his truck and smashing it down. All caused by the vitamin enhanced waitress!

(I like to think now that the vitamin to caffeine stimulant is now in her body, that whenever she sips some coffee, she receives a special boost.)

One thing is for certain, is that the truck driver will never be back!

Dark contacts are worn by representatives of the alien overlords.   She deliberately stepped a little harder than necessary as she entered the room,  making sure each step made an intimidating thump they could feel through the concrete floor.  "You miners need to increase production to earn rewards.  The empire requires more rare earth elements to create more super soldiers. Any questions?"

She savored the smell and increased heartbeats of the frightened audience.

Switching gears she smiled and flipped her hair to release some "awe" pheromones.  "You should know the empire rewards productivity by enhancing the most loyal and productive workers.  I was once an ordinary worker like you."

Ever since the Superpowers that had belonged to Clark were accidentally transferred to her with some sort of kryptonite laser gun, she felt she could handle anything.
She was facing off with a couple of guys with guns. Clark had said he used to be bulletproof.
'Is that what has happened to me now? Can I really ignore and deflect bullets with this new Superbody of mine?'
Lois tensed and flexed her amazing new muscles, her chest rising in anticipation. There would only be one way to find out...and the guys were astounded at what they witnessed.
Guns would soon be crushed by a pair of overpowering female hands.

The earth's shining sun had a glorious impact on the girl's super-suit.
The suit she had accidentally discovered was being further enhanced, which was also leading to greater changes in the young woman's body and physique.
Now, she excitedly pushed her powerful fists against her hips, and she smiled...

"Oooh look!" she excitedly exc!aimed "I have myself my very own burglar in my home!" After her new suit had saturated her with strength and powers beyond any possible force, her suit had dimmed from receiving it's solar rays - but now her SuperStrength was all inside the young blonde for her to control at her every whim.
"I wonder how easy it will be for me to control HIM? I won't even need to bother flexing my new powerful bicep much at all now!" And she smiled to herself...

A relaxing walk on the beach is interrupted by tremors felt through the sand.   What was in this morning's coffee?  The large rock formation is rumbling and puffs of rock dust are coming out from widening cracks    Suddenly the massive rock lifts from the ground.  A slender bikini clad woman is casually balancing it overhead.    


 
After you blink in disbelief suddenly the bikini woman now is standing up,  effortlessly holding the huge rock.  She even smiles and holds still for a picture taken with your shaking hands.

In disbelief you are now concerned your coffee creamer has been contaminated.   Better get back home fast in case there are other unexplainable events.    Turning back for one last look the huge rock is back in its place like nothing happened.      Might be better to forget whatever that was.   Who would believe that kind of incredible story?  Would not want to provoke anyone strong enough to lift a giant rock formation.
