I'd be curious to know if this video was a "success" for them -- enough for them to entertain doing more as part of their regular content.

So I had a chance to see this. I probably don't have a good enough grounding to compare it to other genre short films, I have to say...

I enjoyed it. Quite a bit, actually .

The plot's thin -- two already super girls decide to dress the part while exploring their powers, and a band thugs thoughtfully volunteer to play (read "play" as "get their asses cheerfully handed to them") - but as a series of ubergirl vignettes, it got some charm. There's not a lot of urgency to the action, but then again these two are in no peril and they damn well know it . The thugs could have squirmed a bit more energetically, but there's a couple grabs/pins/lifts where they looked duly terrified. Seemed like a good array of powers on display. We're not talking million-dollar special effects of course, but there were details and tidbits that surprised me favorably. You can see from the pics in thread the girls are hot as hell (and have slightly different body-types, which was good for maintaining interest - sort of like a swirled chocolate/vanilla ice cream cone). The costumes held up nicely even with some demonstrations of flexibility (she kicks high... *swoon*). And really, classic Captain Marvel? Thank you... thank you very much .

Best of all the girls seemed to have a genuine good time. I've seen productions with far bigger budgets where the actors are just phoning it in. I think there might have been a few moments of trepidation in the first scene, but after that they're kicking ass with enthusiasm .

I look forward to seeing more from this actress/studio.
